1. License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intensity Analytics Corporation grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software according to your subscription or purchase order.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not sublicense or otherwise distribute the Software except as expressly permitted.
3. Intellectual property
The Software is protected by patents and copyright. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Intensity Analytics Corporation.
4. Warranty disclaimer
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Intensity Analytics Corporation be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the theory of liability.
6. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
