Data retention schedule.

We retain the minimum data required to deliver service and comply with law. Behavioral templates are retained only as long as the account is active.

Schedule

Behavioral templates — retained for the life of the account; deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Server logs — 90 days, then automatically purged.
Support correspondence — 24 months, then archived or deleted unless required to resolve ongoing matters.
Billing records — 7 years, per US tax and accounting requirements.

Deletion requests
