  • Administrative console — 99.9% monthly uptime target.

Backup & recovery

  • Encrypted backups taken every 24 hours.
  • Recovery point objective (RPO) — 24 hours.
  • Recovery time objective (RTO) — 4 hours.

Resilience

Services run across multiple availability zones. Failover is automated. We test DR procedures quarterly with an internal tabletop and annually with a live exercise.

Incident communication

Customers with active support contracts receive email notifications during incidents. Status is posted to our public status page.
